This is very disturbing and unfortunate for this teen. However, I am not shocked by what has happened to this poor girl. Lee V. Pollard high does not have a good reputation to the surrounding businesses. Time and time again we often see fights in our parking lot which is located in the shopping center next to the high school. Calls have been made to the school to please send security to break it up. Every morning you will find teens getting high on our parking lot next to the dumpsters. Again, we call the school to send security. The sad thing is Secuirty never comes . Our medical plaza parking lot will fill up teens after school is let out everyday something is going down .. Fights, drug deals, students disrespecting cars parked and or patients walking to their cars. The cops are who we call now whenever a fights break out or suspicious activity is going on. The only down fall with the cops is they arrive to late. I’m not sure if security will ever get better at that school or if the cities police department puts a plan into place. It’s pretty said to know that Lee V Pollard is dubbed Hooligan High. Praying for a speedy recovery and for the student in the community that they make better choices. Hope they find who did this to this girl. Many can agree or disagree with what I have said. I really don’t care.

This is horrible. I hope she can recover and the attackers are caught and serve lengthy sentences. They have to be animals to be able to attack and beat someone like that. Someone had to have witnessed the attack. Also, I’m sure the girl they were going to attack may know who they are. Get these animals off the street!

Sweet Girl,
I’m so sorry to read about your attack.
I was attacked by a gang, I was in fourth grade and then thrown into a grocery store dumpster.
I was not hospital injured; lots of ice and very stiff.
However my heart aches for you.
I hope that your justice is served.
I pray you will heal quickly and your pain is brief.
With love from Seattle.

I am a graduate of Lee V Pollard and I’m disgusted by what these students do to others. I’ve witnessed one huge fight my first year there. I’m sure the principal is very very upset. I know for a fact the principal will do as much as he can in this situation. Teens need to learn fighting is never acceptable.

Corona Resident, thanks for telling us this about the conditions near Pollard High. Keep publicizing what’s going on, maybe contact your local news. I’ll bet the school figures out how to get security after that.

First, I will pray for [this girl] and her family. Second, this sounds like it is the school’s negligence, letting this violent culture develop unabated. This, obviously, needed to be nipped in the bud a long time ago. The school needs put up posters and start offering rewards. Where are the security camera’s footages – that’s not that large of a park? The school’s security officers should be fired and a complete new crew hired – one with security of the students and faculty foremost in their objectives. Third, the local police need to crack down on the thugs in the surrounding areas and they will do it with the right coercion – lawsuits is all they understand. It will take a couple of years, but it can be cleaned up. This isn’t the first negligent school and police department, and it won’t be the last. But, the school and the attackers need to be held responsible for their contribution to the development of this violent culture and its unabated and growing progress in surrounding areas of the school – that led to this action in particular. A few examples made of these so-called teens and their drop-out peeps going to jail for an extended time will go a long way toward moving in the right direction. People should be calling their representatives and getting the county (who collect property taxes) behind them. They should solicit the landlords of large apartment areas where the gangs hang out and try to get their support with fighting the violence from their end. If the landlords refuse, lawyers can go tenant-to-tenant of the surrounding rental areas and if their children or property have been victim, their may be justification for suing the landlords who obviously let this violent culture thrive on their properties – again negligence. Start hitting these people in the pocketbooks and you’ll be surprised how much support for cleaning up the area will grow in just a couple of years.

Strength through diversity. Minority women are quick to take their jealousy out on the faces of their white victims. It’s unlikely they will find the people who did this since it is unlikely anyone in the “community” will be willing to drop a dime on a bunch of gang bangers.

…Not all students are like that at Lee V. I have alot alot of close friends who go to that school and they aren’t like that. I understand multiple students from Lee V did this, and i apologize, but that doesn’t mean all of Lee V.’s students are like that…

I’m so sorry for your daughter. As a mother, I completely understand how you feel and what your going through. Last month my daughter (15, white) was attacked from behind after she got off the bus. The girl that was A.A. and kept tossing my daughter around and punched her and ended up taking her phone. The girl said she did it cause she didn’t like my daughter. My daughter is very shy and didn’t even know this girl. I hope and pray you can find out who these girls are.

This is sad, but not surprising. Whether this girl was the target or not, she had it over her head anyway. Not to say she deserved it, but i knew it would happen to her someday.

“Another causality in a nameless war, being brutally waged nationwide; where few mourn for the vanquished.”- Paul Kersey
Prayers for this young lady’s speedy recovery.
Diversity is not a Joy. Multiculturalism is not a Strength. It is a constant source of social friction, violence, broken lives, death, and mourning. How many more innocent victims before we realize this multi-culti propaganda is nothing but a self-serving lie meant to exploit the majorities good will to others advantage at the destruction of our own.

[This girl and her sister] are both former students of mine. While something like this always hits close to home, because Corona has been my home for 33 years, this is especially devastating. I hope that each of us will do what we can to apprehend the attackers and take measures so that this type of beating doesn’t happen again. My prayers go out to [her] and her family. Stay strong and heal quickly.

This was a hate crime. It’s becoming epidemic in all Western countries.

“Teens need to learn fighting is never acceptable.”
This wasn’t a fight, it was a brutal assault. Fighting is not good, but this was a felony, or several.

Seems like she was culturally enriched by dieversity..

I don’t see how it’s the schools fault for what happened and if firing all the security is not a solution she got jumped at the park which the school cannot even see what happened. The park is big and around the corner far from the school . Not everyone is a dropout some people need classes to make up cuz they got behind of you did something bad then students goto orange grove. Lee v is a nice school in a nice area just people are psycho It’s unfortunate of what happened and it’ will be dealt with.

That state is just a violent place to live!! I used to go to that school…hated it cause all the gang crap going on. This crap rarely happens in AZ!! Thank the 2 amendment!!

If I hated my kids, Id send them to Lee V. Pollard High School.

If Diversity is such a strength why is there white flight?

Sue city for not providing safe parks. The city didn’t hesitate to put up Cameras on street corners to give tickets. Why won’t they do it to parks for safety. It’s not like Corona has thousands of parks. I believe that cameras make a big difference. On our street 10 of the 12 homes have cameras and we haven’t had any stolen. We haven’t had to call police for any crimes. And why is that. because of the cameras. People see that they are being watched. They rather not commit any crimes.

when you find them you can sue everyone of their parents. They say that they can’t afford it. your Attorney can go after their home owners insurance. up to 10,000 per kid that attacked your daughter.
March 17, 2014
Damn Animals. They should have never put that school in South Corona. Maybe they could move it to the “Historic” Civic Center where they could put some of the old jail cells back in.

What needs to stop is the gangster-ization of our young females. These girls are COWARDS and run in packs like a bunch of dogs. When did attacking another female become an option for solving a problem? Aren’t we supposed to love and support one another? It is hard enough to feel safe as a woman but now we have to protect ourselves from each other? What a crying shame.

Shut the borders down and send them home instead of sending them to prison .
Enough with the diversity , bs already .

What’s happening to our once very safe city!! We have to do something to help keep these types of people from destroying our way of life! I recall how that young high school football player was brutally murdered after he left football practice! Before we let our city succumb to this very violent way we must all help! Citizen patrols , neighborhood watches, after school monitors outside of our kids schools, I for one am willing to volunteer some of my time in this cause!!!
